Craving more quality time with her family, Kristin left her corporate career in 2020. In the midst of homeschooling her three children, she started building her own business.
Growing up, her family’s home was the hub of their community. They were always ready to welcome friends - with open arms and a fresh mug of coffee. Kristin spent a lot of time in the kitchen with her mom, cooking meals and baking goodies. She saw firsthand the magic of gathering friends + family around the table, bringing people together for food, games, stories, + laughter.
These memories led Kristin to explore how she could once again help bring people together over artfully + lovingly crafted foods. With that, Lavish Grazing Charcuterie & Catering was created. Kristin feels lucky to do what she loves every day.
In her words, "I can never create the same art, which is what’s so fun about my work. Every board has a vision before I start to make them. It’s so fun to get my brain to think outside the box and create something new each time for my amazing customers."
